At Torchport Airpark, typical home sites are about one acre. Choose to have your home attached or detached from the hangar. Your residence shall have a minimum of 1400 sq. ft. on the main floor; exclusive of decks, open porch, carport, garage, hangar, or basement. Your garage shall be a minimum of 576 square feet. Accessory Building(s) shall conform with design, quality & materials of residence.
